Ward Management Workshop
Over the course of three days we will work with your managers, directors, and human resource staff to not just instill the knowledge needed to dramatically reduce overtime and other costs, but also support you in putting this knowledge to work. Staff will leave with a concrete plan built specifically for their individual department’s needs.
For the cost of a few overtime shifts per attendee, we will give you the tools to save your organization hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars.
Due to the attention needed to be provided to each attendee, we have a maximum six attendants, minimum of four.
*Attendees will be tested throughout the program to ensure knowledge translation since their knowledge and performance in the future will reflect our performance delivering the course.
